Processing Time
All items are handmade and packed with care, so please allow:
- 1–3 business days processing time
- 1-2 weeks Custom/commission pieces may take a little longer (we’ll always keep you updated)
NZ Shipping (Tracked)
We ship all orders within New Zealand using NZ Post tracked delivery.
- Standard Shipping (NZ-wide): $6–$8
- Rural Delivery: $10–$13
- Free Shipping: Orders over $80
Estimated delivery:
- Urban: 2–5 working days
- Rural: 3–7 working days
Combined Orders
If you order multiple items:
- Shipping is usually combined automatically at checkout
- You won’t be charged extra per item unless it significantly increases parcel size/weight
Tracking
All orders include NZ Post tracking
- Tracking info will be sent once your order has been shipped

- CapyCraft is not responsible for delays or package damage caused by NZ Post or weather disruptions.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!
- Lost or damaged parcels: we’ll help investigate with Local Post and work with you to resolve it.
